Getting Started

Shadow All In One Analytics for Zoom (Shadow A1) provides enhanced analytics for customers with needs beyond the standard portal offering. Shadow A1 includes call accounting, historical and real time queue metrics, call recording playback and alert notification (i.e. 911, long calls to a specific destination).

Shadow All In One Analytics for Zoom Phone is listed under the category "Analytics" in the Zoom App Marketplace.

Authorizing Shadow A1 for Your Account

In order for RSI to commence staging your environment, you will need to provide authorization for us to capture, process, and report communication transactions.

Shadow A1 is not a typical integration. Prior to accessing the Shadow A1 portal for your organization, please confirm the following:

  • Step 1.
    Visit the Zoom App Marketplace
    • Login to Your Zoom Account
    • Using the Search Tab, type Shadow All In One Analytics
    • Select Shadow All In One Analytics from the resulting search.
    • Click the "Install" button
    • You will be transferred to the RSI portal where you will enter your contact details.

  • Step 2.
    RSI will contact you to arrange a brief Zoom video or phone call to discuss your specific needs, offer a walkthrough of the product, discuss payment options, schedule installation and training.

  • Step 3.
    To meet security and data hosting requirements, the product is hosted on a geo-located data center as required for each customer. Upon receipt of payment, RSI will stage your unique environment.

    Within 48 hours, you will be asked to Authorize the application. This will be requested in the form of an email to the provided contact. If you do not receive an email with content similar to the following, please check your spam and contact us.

How to Log Into Your Shadow A1 Portal

The Shadow A1 portal is unique for every customer. Your data will be geo-located based on your hosting requirements.
You portal will be of the form:
   https:://companyname.rsicloud.com

Your primary contact will receive an email from RSI outlining your portal address, default user and access information. The following document outlines the basic steps for logging into the system and looking at basic statistics.


How to use Shadow A1

The full Shadow A1 User Guide is available online in your portal. Upon installation, your primary contact will receive an email from RSI outlining your portal address, default user and access information.

Log into your portal (https://companyname.rsicloud.com) and select the "?" Help icon. From the Help menu, select "Manual". The manual contains full feature descriptions and examples.

How to Uninstall and Deactivate Shadow A1 Data Collection

Visit the Zoom App Marketplace
  • Login to Your Zoom Account
  • Click Manage - Installed Apps or search for Shadow All In One Analytics
  • Select Shadow All In One Analytics from the resulting search.
  • Click the Uninstall button
